The Role


Ways you'll make an impact:

  1. Own prospecting & drive top-of-funnel outreach across a variety of channels
  2. Build and maintain your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis
  3. Guide prospects thought the sales funnel and understand their requirements on employee benefits
  4. Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date account information in the CRM for all contacts
  5. Develop and test outreach strategies to generate meetings with ideal customer accounts
  6. Establish and grow strong customer relationships and network leads

How you'll uplevel Regie:

  1. 1+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably at at tech company
  2. 2-4 years total professional experience
  3. Strong understanding of how to conduct outbound prospecting with or without a dedicated territory
  4. Outgoing people-person, committed to conducting heavy outbound prospecting throughout the evolution of the role
  5. Experience with Sales engagement tools: Salesforce, Outreach
  6. Experience prospecting in relevant portals (Apollo, ZoomInfo)
  7. Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced, 'bootstrap' environment
