What's new at Regie
Custom AI Scorecards + Task Batching

AI scorecards are now fully customizable. Managers can define the sections, criteria, and weights that matter for their team, clone existing scorecards as starting points, and see every change tracked in audit logs. The default scorecard can now be cloned too, so teams can build on what's already working instead of starting from scratch.
A new time-window setting for static task batching lets admins generate a rep's full day of tasks at a scheduled time — so reps start their morning with everything queued up instead of tasks trickling in throughout the day. Callback text notifications now include a direct link to the prospect's Salesforce record.

UI Refresh + New Interface Themes

A fresher, more polished Regie
We've refreshed Regie's interface with a cleaner, more streamlined design — tightening spacing, refining layouts, and raising the overall quality of the experience. This is just the beginning of a broader investment in craft and usability.
Streamlined interface
We've intentionally simplified the UI to reduce visual clutter, making room for upcoming additions — including AI capabilities surfacing across more pages. Spacing inconsistencies have been addressed throughout, giving the product a more cohesive, polished feel.
Interface themes
You can now choose how Regie looks. Pick from Light, Dark, Regie, or a fully custom theme in your settings to match your preference or reduce eye strain during those late prospecting sessions.

Mailbox Rotation

Multiply your reach with up to 10 mailboxes per rep.
More coverage, fewer bottlenecks
Reps are expected to cover more accounts than ever, but email channel limits haven't kept up. Deliverability rules are tighter, inbox competition is fiercer, and a single mailbox can only carry so much volume before it starts working against you.
Mailbox rotation changes that. Each rep can now send from up to 10 mailboxes, spreading volume across dedicated domains to protect deliverability while dramatically increasing the number of prospects they can reach.
Part of the Force Multiplier seat
Mailbox rotation pairs with Regie's parallel dialer (up to 9 numbers) and AI-powered research, sourcing, and prioritization — giving a single rep multichannel coverage that used to require a full team. It's all in one platform.
Packages
We offer two mailbox rotation packages — 5 mailboxes or 10. Each includes domains, mailbox warming, and setup services so your team is ready to send from day one.
Fixed issue where not all rotation mailboxes were being utilized during sending
Fixed manual emails being blocked when automated emails reached the daily sending cap
Fixed inability to restore mailboxes that were manually marked as unhealthy
Bulk CSV upload for secondary mailboxes — onboard rotation mailboxes at scale
Top Performers Dashboard

Managers can now spot their standouts at a glance. The Team Activities dashboard highlights the top performer for each activity metric with a visual indicator, so you don't have to scan and sort columns to see who's driving volume. Paired with previous-period comparison data, it turns the dashboard from a raw table into a management tool you can use in a 1:1.

Analytics — Leaderboard & Trend Analysis

See how your team is performing — and whether they're trending up or down.
Period-over-period comparison
The Leaderboard now compares rep activity in the current period against the prior equivalent, so managers can spot momentum or slowdowns before they turn into a problem. Whether you're looking at a week, month, or custom range, you'll see at a glance who's accelerating and who might need support.
Meeting Attribution upgrades
Meeting credit now breaks into three clear categories: Direct (Regie touched a meeting attendee), Indirect (Regie touched someone else at the account), and Not Attributed (no valid first-meeting signal). You'll know exactly where Regie is driving pipeline — and where meetings are happening outside of Regie's influence.
"Not Attributed" meetings are now visible in the Meetings Booked chart and results table, and can be filtered directly from the Attribution page.
Pipeline visualization
Pipeline created is now visualized with a Direct vs. Indirect split, along with trend over time — giving managers a clear view of how Regie-influenced pipeline is building period over period.
CSV export
Meeting and opportunity data can now be exported from the Attribution page for external analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
Fixed integration users incorrectly appearing under the Organizer field
Fixed meeting organizer names appearing broken in the Attribution tab
Fixed account names not being clickable in Attribution views
Fixed meeting organizers displaying as Unknown
Corrected Meeting Conversion metric calculation on Team Activities dashboard
Added tooltips across the Team Activities dashboard and Attribution page to clarify metric definitions
Meetings Booked card on the Admin Homepage now displays total meetings including both Attributed and Not Attributed
Opportunities created and Pipeline created are now combined into a single card on the Admin Homepage
Improved display of meeting attendee information — prospect name and job title now shown
Manual and one-off emails are now reflected in analytics views
Configurable priority scoring combining fit and intent

A configurable scoring system that combines Regie signals with your CRM data — so your reps work the prospects that matter most.
Before Priority Score, every prospect in an agent was treated roughly equally when generating tasks. Now, admins can build a custom scoring model that blends Regie's own signals (like engagement, research data, and intent) with CRM fields (like lead score, MQL date, or account engagement score) to rank prospects. Higher-scored prospects get prioritized for task generation, so your reps spend their time on the prospects your business cares about most.
Who it's for: Admins configuring how prospects are prioritized, and reps who benefit from working higher-value prospects first.
What changed: A new Scoring configuration in workspace settings lets admins select signals, assign weights, and define value ranges. The scoring model is fully configurable — combine Regie signals like Strategic POV, research columns, and engagement data with CRM custom fields like intent scores, account tier, or lead source. Prospects already active in agents are automatically re-scored when the model is updated.
Where to find it: Workspace Settings → Scoring. Prospect and account scores are visible on prospect detail pages and factor into task generation priority across all agents.

Demandbase Integration
Teams running account-based motions on Demandbase can now plug it into Regie end-to-end. Use Demandbase account lists as the source for your agents, enrich prospects with Demandbase phone and person data, and pull Demandbase fields — intent signals, account scores, custom fields — directly into AI-generated emails and LinkedIn messages for deeper personalization.
Attribution Page

Attribution is now generally available. The page gives revenue leaders a clear view of how Regie.ai-driven activity translates into meetings and pipeline, with Direct and Indirect attribution logic fully enabled across customers. You can configure the attribution window to match how your team actually sells — a shorter window for fast-moving segments, or the default for longer cycles — and filter by meeting source to isolate Dialer, agent, or rep-driven outcomes. A new Pipeline Created visualization makes it easy to connect activity to downstream revenue at a glance.

Dialer Disposition Triggers & Enhancements

Dispositions drive more of the dialer experience now. Reps can edit their own dispositions after a call, admins can reorder the disposition list to match how their team actually works, and AI can recommend the right disposition based on call content. Disposition-driven Salesforce automations now fire reliably, and historical dispositions can be pushed back to Salesforce so your CRM reflects the full picture.

AI Job Title Suggestions
AI-powered job title suggestions now catch prospects whose titles are close — but not an exact match — to your persona card. Instead of discarding them, the system recommends the best-matching title and keeps them in play. Fewer qualified prospects slip through the cracks due to title variations alone.

Phone Number Enrichment Waterfall
Phone number enrichment now runs as a waterfall across multiple providers instead of a single source. Bring your own enrichment providers alongside Regie-sourced numbers, and use Cognism Diamond-verified numbers as a premium source for higher connect rates. Better coverage, better data quality, and flexibility to match whatever providers you're already paying for.
Sidebar Navigation Redesign
Navigation that gets out of your way.
We’ve moved from a top navigation bar to a full sidebar — and it’s more than just a visual change. Prospects and Accounts are now first-class citizens in the nav, accessible directly without digging through menus. The sidebar is collapsible, supports pinning for your most-used sections, and uses consistent icons and layouts throughout.
This is a platform-wide change — every user will see it immediately on their next login.
A cleaner workspace, throughout
The navigation redesign came with a round of broader polish: the Persona Edit page has been updated with standardized analytics styling, table sizes are now consistent across Prospect and Account Detail pages, and tab scrolling is scoped to sub-pages only to reduce visual noise. The “Add to Agent” action on the Prospect Detail page has also been moved to a more accessible position.

Catch-All Email Exclusion
You can now skip catch-all email addresses to protect your sender reputation. Catch-all domains accept any email sent to them, which makes them impossible to truly validate — and they bounce at high rates. A new workspace-level toggle lets admins exclude catch-alls from email sends entirely. It's a trade-off — lower volume for significantly fewer bounces — and early adopters have seen bounce rates drop by over 50%.

Improved CRM Fields Mapping
Salesforce field mapping just got a major usability upgrade. Fields with potential issues — missing permissions, empty values, invalid configurations — are now flagged in red before you save, so sync failures get caught upstream. Picklist values are pulled directly from Salesforce (no more typos), and read-only fields are clearly labeled so you know which ones you can actually write to.

List & Report Changelogs
You can now see exactly how your Salesforce lists and reports change over time. Weekly change summaries and list size are visible right on the Agents page, with a detailed daily log of additions and removals one click away. No more guessing why your agent's prospect pool shifted overnight.

Static Step Analytics & Sequence Exclusivity
Two new controls for multi-sequence agents. Step-level analytics show how prospects flow through each step of a sequence, and a new filter lets you isolate prospects by their current static step. Paired with the new exclusivity setting — which locks a prospect to a single sequence at a time — you get tighter visibility and fewer surprises when prospects overlap across agents.
