Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Start free with 250 credits using just a work email. You only add a card if you upgrade to a paid plan.
Will AI-written email hurt my domain?
You send from your own connected Gmail or Outlook, every contact is verified before send so you're not hitting dead addresses, and sending is throttled with unsubscribes handled for you. Messages go out personalized and grounded, not mass-blasted, which is what protects your reply rates and sender reputation.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Research, drafting, enrichment, and dialing pause. On a paid plan they pick up again when your credits refresh, or straight away if the workspace owner has switched on overage billing, capped at a limit they set. On Free, upgrade to keep going. Extra credits can't be bought on their own. Your prospects, drafts, and settings stay exactly where they are.
Do credits roll over?
Paid plan credits don't. They reset at the start of each billing period, monthly or annual, rather than carrying over. The 250 credits each person starts with on Free are different: they never expire.
Do I have to switch off my current CRM?
No. RegieGO comes with its own built-in CRM, so you can start with nothing. If you use HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday CRM, connect it and your records sync in, with a backfill of what is already there. Switch on write-back and RegieGO's work flows back too. Each workspace connects one CRM, and it runs alongside your existing tools instead of replacing them.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro and Team are self-serve with no contract. The workspace owner can cancel anytime from billing settings, and the plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, then moves to Free. An annual plan is paid for the year up front, so cancelling stops the renewal.
