How to enable an SSO connection
Regie.ai supports the following SSO types:
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Azure AD
- OpenID Connect
- SAML with OKTA
At this time, JIT, SCIM or any other forms of account provisioning and deprovisioning with Okta is not supported.
Once SSO Connection Settings are accessible in your workspace, Regie.ai admins should follow the steps below on how to enable SSO connection with Regie.ai.
How to enable your SSO connection
Here are the steps you need to take in order to enable your SSO connection within the Regie.ai platform.
Step #1
From the Regie platform, select your initials in the upper right corner of the screen.
Select Organization Settings from the menu options.

Step #2
Select the SSO tab.

Step #3
From the Create SSO Connection form, select the SSO Connection type to establish from the drop down menu.
The following SSO connections are available:
- SAML

- OpenID Connect

- Azure AD

- Google Workspace

Each Create SSO Connection form is unique to the connection type. Please fill out the required fields for your connection type.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Domain for SSO is a preset field and cannot be adjusted. Please contact your Customer Success manager in case any alias domains need to be considered.
Step #4
After completing the required fields on the Create SSO Connection form, press Create or Enable
A note for those using SAML-based SSO
You can Enable/Disable the domain level automatic SSO redirect for the org domain at any time using the "Home Realm" toggle in the top right corner.

Some final notes for all Regie.ai users
It's highly suggested for Regie.ai admins to try the connection using an IdP-initiated login before using the “Home Realm” toggle - just in case there's something wrong with the details / setup and it needs debugging before activating the automatic redirect for the org domain.
Additionally, please keep in mind that:
- SSO can only be enabled on Enterprise Plans.
- Only Regie.ai admins can connect and manage the SSO connection for their team's Regie.ai workspace.
- SSO Connection Settings are not visible to Regie.ai admin users by default. To have SSO Connection Settings made visible within your workspace, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
