The new analytics experience gives managers clarity on what’s driving results, so teams can optimize dial time and maximize connects.

- Pinpoint the best times to call each day of the week based on highest connect rates.
- Identify coaching opportunities and surface high-performer behaviors.
- Export reports via CSV for further analysis and leadership visibility.
AI call scoring
In a low-connect world, every connected call is a learning opportunity.
AI call scoring ensures no call slips through the cracks by automatically evaluating key moments and surfacing insights reps can use to improve the next one.
Here are the highlights:
- Automatically scores calls across key stages: intro, discovery, value prop, and close.
- Helps reps self-correct with actionable insights.
- Enables managers to focus coaching time where it will have the greatest impact.
Inbound upgrades
A call is most valuable when it connects to what the buyer has already shown interest in.
Inbound upgrades bring more campaign data directly into Regie.ai, so outreach aligns with recent prospect engagement.
Here are the highlights:
- AI agents can now use more Salesforce Campaign data, including campaign descriptions and statuses, to personalize outreach tied to webinars, eBooks, demo requests, and more.
- Keeps messaging aligned to recent prospect activity without creating sequence sprawl or extra admin work.

Productivity upgrades
Every extra click is a call not being made.
This quarter’s workflow improvements are designed to cut the busywork, keep records accurate, and free up more time for conversations.
Here are the highlights:
- Account filtering on call tasks: Reps can filter by account to streamline messaging and drive consistency when working multiple contacts at the same company.
- AI-powered call notes: Automatically generated notes for every connected call help to reduce manual entry and bring structure to CRM records across the team.
- Editable Salesforce fields: Reps can now update editable SFDC fields (e.g., picklists and true/false) directly in Regie.ai from either Prospect Details in RegieOne or the CRM tab in the Chrome Extension. Admins configure which fields are editable in Workspace Settings > CRM.
- Improved navigation: Users can easily click into Prospect and Account pages throughout the app, including from Socializer and the Email Composer of the Regie.ai Chrome Extension.
- Expanded activity feed: Activity feed now appears on Prospect and Account pages, with insight into completed/incomplete tasks, clicks, opens, replies, and calls. Filters allow narrowing by agent or sequence.
- Static step analytics: Admins can now view how many prospects are on each static step with basic analytics and filter by step inside the Prospects view of AI Agents.
