About the Founders
Srinath Sridhar - CEO and Co-founder. Sridhar has a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon and also has previously founded companies like Onera. He was among the first 100 engineers at Facebook and has also worked with Google and Bloomreach.
Matt Millen - Co-founder and president. Matt has rich experience in leading multiple companies as a CGO, CRO, and VP of Revenue. He has worked with multiple startups and has helped them build their growth story from the ground up.
In this role, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Design, create & execute functional, integration and regression test cases to cover overall quality assurance of our software products;
- Create a testing framework and define testing parameters based on input from the product design team.
- Maintain the company's standards and keep an eye on the safety measures during the production or development stages.
- Participate in all aspects of testing, including discussing tasks/features, analyzing designs to provide timely and meaningful feedback;
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers/product managers) to identify system requirements;
- Analyzing issues reported by a team/customers and opening bugs with clear steps/env to reproduce;
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 Years of QA experience in testing web/desktop applications;
- Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
- Proficiency with testing tools and frameworks (JIRA, Playwright, Postman etc)
- Proficiency with database technology (e.g. Mongodb) and scripting languages (e.g. Javascript)
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills;
- Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and has experience or the ability to work in startup environments.

Location - Hybrid (3 days) out of Bangalore(preferred)/ Gurgaon
