Call Interval Settings with mini-TCPA compliance

Admins can now configure call interval rules on Salesforce Reports — including built-in support for state-level mini-TCPA compliance in Florida, Oklahoma, and Maryland. Reps stay inside compliant calling windows automatically, with no manual list management required.

Auto-Select Valid Timezones

The dialer auto-selects the prospect's valid timezone based on their data, so reps don't accidentally call outside of legal calling hours.

Scheduled Callback System

Scheduled callbacks are now a first-class workflow. AI pre-fills the callback details from the call, calendar invites are sent to reps and prospects, and deep-links bring reps straight back into the dialer drawer at the scheduled time. The Salesforce Report selection persists across page refreshes, so reps don't lose context when they reload mid-session.

Other improvements

Transcript accuracy has been improved, and Live Listen now shows time since last dial.
