The dialer auto-selects the prospect's valid timezone based on their data, so reps don't accidentally call outside of legal calling hours.
Scheduled callbacks are now a first-class workflow. AI pre-fills the callback details from the call, calendar invites are sent to reps and prospects, and deep-links bring reps straight back into the dialer drawer at the scheduled time.
