Managers can define the sections, criteria, and weights that matter for their team, clone existing scorecards as starting points, and see every change tracked in audit logs. The default scorecard can now be cloned too, so teams can build on what's already working instead of starting from scratch.
A new time-window setting for static task batching lets admins generate a rep's full day of tasks at a scheduled time — so reps start their morning with everything queued up instead of tasks trickling in throughout the day. Callback text notifications now include a direct link to the prospect's Salesforce record.
